  • Ask that patients brush their teeth prior to appointment
  • Contact our office if you have an illness or are exhibiting flu like symptoms, have been directed to isolate, quarantine or awaiting COVID-19 test results
  • Notify our office if you or someone you are in close contact with, have recently traveled to an area with a large or community outbreak

Arrival at your appointment

  • Please call us from your vehicle and we will confirm entering as we are minimizing the numbers of persons in our reception area
  • Mandatory to wear mask & hand sanitize upon entering the office
  • Your temperature will be taken & required to perform an anti-viral rinse

Additional Measures

  • Plexiglass Barriers in place in reception area
  • Removal of unnecessary high touch items, magazines, toys etc.
  • Limited amount of chairs in reception area, stagger appointment times, alter office hours to facilitate physical distancing
  • Limit use of public washroom
  • Continue to maintain a high level of disinfection and sterilization
  • Increased cleaning and disinfection of all areas including high-touch surfaces(chairs, debit machines, washroom etc. )

Staff Safeguards in place

  • Daily Covid-19 screening for all staff including Daily log questionnaire/temperature taken
  • Physical distancing protocols(maintain 2 meter distance between each other when not masked)
  • Enhanced Personal Protective Equipment
  • Minimize staff in common areas ( staff room)
  • Stagger start times & alternating schedules to reduce the number of people in workplace
  • Dedicated work clothes and shoes worn in office only

We urge you all to practice physical distancing (2 meters minimum), wash your hands frequently (we recommend performing sink karaoke while washing) and be extra cognizant of the needs of the vulnerable members of our community. Terrace and our surrounding neighborhood is a wonderful place filled with great people and if we work together, we will be able to weather this storm together.

Take care of yourselves and your families. With fondness and love,
